Job Description:

We are hiring our first UI/UX Designer, someone who is excited to build from the ground up, lead with design thinking, and shape how thousands of Indian homeowners experience clean energy digitally. You will go beyond crafting interfaces. You will help us design energy experiences. As the founding designer, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to bring a seamless, intuitive, and human experience to life.

Roles and responsibilities:

What You will Do

Design with Purpose

  • Craft responsive, accessible web and app interfaces using Figma.
  • Build intuitive flows and micro-interactions that no one has imagined before.
  • Apply layout, colour theory, and typography to elevate every screen.

Put Users First

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
  • Constantly iterate based on feedback and behavioural data.

Own Visual Identity

  • Develop visual assets that align with Zircle’s clean, honest, and empathetic brand.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touch points such as web, mobile, email, social.

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to bring your designs to life.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and creative needs.
  • Advocate for design excellence across the company.
  • Lead conversations on service design, not just screens
Skills required:
  • Proficiency in Figma (must-have)
  • Comfort with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A solid grasp of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility
  • Experience in conducting user research and building prototypes
  • A mindset of ownership and curiosity
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
