Job Description:

This role is for candidates who love talking to people. In this role, you will be providing telephonic consultations to residential customers who are interested to buy solar solutions via Zircle's digital platform and help them choose the right solution for their homes.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Serve as an expert on Zircle’s offerings, providing guidance to customers via our "Expert on Call" service.
  • Deliver personalised energy consulting and support customers throughout their purchase process as a Zircle Energy Concierge.
  • Engage in consultative selling of Zircle’s clean energy products and services.
  • Travel to customer sites across Delhi NCR for on-site consultations as needed.
Skills required:
  • Proficient in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Confident and persuasive with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for providing effective solutions.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Keen to learn and adapt to new technologies in the clean energy sector.
